Guest House "TSUMIKI no Yado Katori"

A Luxurious Private-Use Traditional Japanese House on a Vast 5,000㎡ Property

[Special Opening Price Until July 17, 2025!!!]

This renovated traditional house was created with children, emphasizing the spirit of "building with our own hands."
(*There are multiple buildings on the premises, and some are still being restored.)

🔸 Warmth and Spaciousness of a Traditional Kominka

This 6-bedroom, 160㎡ home can accommodate up to 14 guests.
Preserving the charm of traditional Japanese architecture, it is equipped with modern comforts to ensure a pleasant stay.
Relax in a space filled with the warmth of wood and enjoy slow, peaceful time away from the noise of everyday life.

🔸 Outdoor Experience in Nature

A fire pit is available in the courtyard, and we provide firewood and a wood-splitting station.
On clear nights, gather around the fire under the stars and enjoy a memorable time with family or friends.

🔸 Creative Playground for Kids

We offer unique, handmade play areas that stimulate creativity—like a bamboo jungle gym and swing, built entirely from bamboo harvested from the nearby forest.
We are also working on repurposing a traditional warehouse with the help of children.

*As the playground equipment is handmade, please ensure children are supervised and use with care.

Meals are not provided.
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
*BBQ is allowed in the courtyard. We provide a full BBQ set including 3kg of charcoal for free.
